Pay Range £26,000 - £35,000 per annum + uncapped commission Job Description Recruitment Consultant – Reed Epsom 📍 Location: Oaks House, 12-22 West St, Epsom KT18 7RG 🚗 Driving Requirement: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential 🏠 Hybrid Working: 4 days in-office, 1 day from home (full-time office-based during induction) 💼 Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 (DOE) + uncapped bonus potential 🕒 Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday) Join Our Award-Winning Team! You’ll be growing our temporary recruitment desk within the Human Resources (HR) sector, covering Epsom and surrounding areas. This is a warm desk with strong existing relationships and excellent growth potential. What You’ll Be Doing Client Development: Use sales, marketing, and business development techniques to win new business and strengthen existing partnerships. Talent Attraction: Write engaging job adverts, headhunt, network, and use social media to source top candidates. Desk Growth: Identify and onboard new clients to expand your reach and revenue.
