We’re offering a salary of up to £43,000. And this is a hybrid position.Are you a confident communicator with a passion for building strong business relationships? Join our Group Protection Distribution team as a Telephone Account Manager and help us deliver outstanding service and results to our intermediary partners. We’re looking for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by achieving goals and making a difference.What you'll be doing:Managing relationships with a panel of intermediary accountsPromoting Group Protection products and propositionsDelivering new business and retention targetsDeveloping account strategies using market intelligenceCollaborating with internal teams to meet client expectationsResponding to pre-renewal enquiries and gathering key informationMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and competitorsHandling customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalismQualificationsWho we're looking for:Experience in sales, telesales, customer service or sales supportStrong communication and influencing skillsAbility to build and maintain professional relationshipsCommercial awareness and understanding of market conditionsKnowledge of Group Protection products (desirable)Awareness of regulatory and legislative frameworksA proactive and achievement-driven mindsetA collaborative approach and willingness to support othersWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
