What your days will look like: Support end-to-end delivery of technology change by owning defined workstreams and tasks under the guidance of Managers and Senior Managers, from planning through to post-go-live. Use approved AI tools to enhance delivery (e.g. drafting & maintaining plans, RAID logs, reports, test artefacts and communications), while ensuring all outputs are reviewed, accurate and appropriate. Help define and track delivery outcomes and KPIs, using AI where appropriate to analyse data, surface insights and monitor progress against scope, schedule, cost and quality. Support financial and commercial management by assisting with budgeting, forecasting and tracking actuals. Coordinate activity across onshore, nearshore and offshore teams and external partners, managing actions, issues and dependencies, and escalating risks in a timely and structured way. Collaborate with architects, developers, testers and product owners to clarify requirements, manage dependencies and support issue resolution. Contribute to change, communication and business development activities by helping to create training materials, stakeholder communications, proposals and practice assets. This role is for you if: Strong learning agility and curiosity – supported by a core Technical background - demonstrated ability to pick up new concepts quickly, ask thoughtful questions and apply learning to real project situations, particularly in technology and data-rich environments. Genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies – enthusiasm for exploring how AI can improve delivery (e.g. defining outcomes, analysing data, generating options), and motivation to stay up to date with new tools and ways of working. Practical mindset for using AI in day-to-day work – willingness to experiment with approved AI tools to draft content, summarise information and support analysis, while applying sound judgement, review and refinement before outputs are shared. Analytical and structured thinking – ability to break down complex problems, interpret quantitative and qualitative information, and present clear, logical conclusions. Attention to detail and content quality – careful approach to checking facts, numbers and narrative, especially where AI has been used, ensuring outputs are accurate, consistent and appropriate for the audience. Effective communication skills – clear and concise written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messages for different stakeholders. Collaborative, inclusive team approach – comfortable working in multi-disciplinary and distributed teams, open to feedback, and keen to contribute to a culture of continuous skills development. Motivation to build delivery and professional capability – commitment to ongoing development in delivery methods (e.g. Agile, hybrid, waterfall) and relevant certifications (e.g. Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, cloud or AI-related), with eligibility for Security Check (SC) clearance desirable.
