Reimagine What’s Possible Nous recherchons un Technicien Méthodes pour participer à l’optimisation des processus industriels et l’industrialisation de nos équipements, tout en accompagnant le déploiement des standards qualité. Ce poste est centré sur l’analyse et l’amélioration des méthodes. Vous serez basé(e) à Massiac, site clé dans la gestion de bouteilles de gaz industriels, notamment à travers des activités de retest (requalification périodique). Important : Ce poste n’est pas un rôle QHSE ou EHS. Il est centré sur les méthodes industrielles, l’industrialisation et l’amélioration continue, avec une sensibilité qualité. En tant que Technicien Méthodes, vous serez responsable de : Méthodes & Industrialisation (priorité) : Analyser les processus de production et proposer des améliorations (Lean, 5S, SMED…). Créer et mettre à jour les standards de travail (instructions, job aids). Participer à l’industrialisation et à l’optimisation de la ligne robotisée. Contribuer à des projets d’ergonomie et d’amélioration continue pour maximiser les volumes. Assurer le suivi des non-conformités, de la métrologie et de la qualité fournisseurs. Qualité (secondaire) : Déployer les procédures qualité en lien avec la certification ISO 9001. Assurer la mise en application des standards qualité dans les processus. Profil attendu : Diplôme Bac +2 minimum en génie industriel, méthodes ou en gestion de production. Expérience confirmée en méthodes industrielles et amélioration continue. Connaissances en industrialisation et systèmes qualité. Goût pour le travail en mode projets et esprit d'équipe.
