Your mission Manage international product exports. - Receive orders -Organize the flow of goods, namely to schedule orders, identify the risks of rupture and supply and propose solutions in order to reduce costs and delays. --Organize transport and prepare export documents (invoice, customs documents, product sheets, etc.) according to regulations, in particular compliance with INCOTERMS. Manage malfunctions and possible delays in delivery -Manage customer complaints by recording complaints in the IS, directing complaints to the competent departments communicating with customers and carrying out financial adjustments (assets, restructuring, etc.) in connection with accounting. -Manage the IS by keeping the data up to date (prices, product catalogue, etc.) in the dedicated IS and by executing IT flows. -Participate in continuous improvement workshops. Who you are ? Vos compétences au service de projets novateurs Titulaire d'une formation de type Bac+2/+3 en commerce international ou transport Vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans un service administration des ventes export, au sein d'une entreprise de transport international Vous pouvez justifier d'une expérience vous ayant permis une bonne maîtrise de la règlementation des flux internationaux de marchandises, notamment des INCOTERMS, logistiques et financiers. Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques (ERP, pack office) Bien entendu votre anglais est courant autant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit pour des contacts au quotidien avec les pays Au-delà de ces compétences techniques, votre sens du service client, votre relationnel, votre facilité à trouver des solutions pragmatiques et votre organisation feront la différence.
