We are currently on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our team's efforts in ensuring that our customers are able to seamlessly maintain and optimise our innovative robotics solutions. As a key member of our after-sales team, you will:
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution;
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams;
- Quickly respond to field service queries to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment availability;
- Be responsible for the training of service partners and taking responsibility for regional service partner management;
- Engage in other service-related work;
- Be comfortable working on-site at customer locations (2 - 4 weeks)
