What You’ll Be Doing Lead and develop a team of technical specialists and consultants, ensuring clarity, performance, and growth. Own the development of technical topics and capabilities within your practice area. Partner with sales managers to maintain strong SLAs for technical coverage. Collaborate with vendor sales teams to build account plans and deliver service excellence. Build trusted, productive relationships with sales teams and partners. Oversee the creation and quality of Statements of Work (SOWs). Manage communication and relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. Provide regular updates to the Technical Solutions Director on project progress and team performance. Design and deliver partner enablement sessions that bring our strategy and point of view to life. Represent TD SYNNEX externally as a credible, respected technical leader. Navigate and manage crises in alignment with company interests. What You’ll Bring 8–10 years of relevant technical experience. 3–5 years of direct people management experience. Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing others. The ability to translate technical expertise into business impact. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
