What you will do: Accountable for the skills within their team and works with the technical trainer to enhance and build capability within the rooms. Supervise the development of T1 role into future T2 roles. Owns and manages the teams shift production and drives the room performance to hit the hourly targets. Takes accountability for the accurate completion of the process order Job Packs and signs off all rooms first offs. Understands the Quality Management System in detail and can evaluate every task within the room and understand it’s impact on Quality. Maintains the acceptable standard within the clean rooms and acts where they fall below expectations. Understands the AM requirements expected from within the clean rooms such as the completion of CILTs, adherence to settings, 5S standards etc. Preferred Qualifications: Can execute all operational tasks (changeovers, QC requirements, paperwork, cleaning etc.) within the room and acts as the subject matter expert within their nominated clean room. Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate and compliant production records Proven experience and can demonstrate the ability to lead others. Displays problem‑solving capability in addressing operational challenges. Proven experience with operational processes across Tier 1 cleanrooms (TSP, SF, and UDC). Strong communication skills, effective in interactions with both management and frontline staff.
