Responsibilities Engage directly with clients to understand their systems and integration requirements. Configure and manage integrations using middleware/iPaaS platforms (Workato, Power Automate, Boomi, MuleSoft). Assist clients in: Connecting APIs and running API calls. Integrating data feeds between enterprise applications. Setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) and authentication protocols. Design and deploy automation workflows leveraging Workato and Power Automate. Develop, test, and validate integration configurations adhering to best practices. Implement AI-powered automations and RPA workflows to streamline processes. Monitor and maintain existing integrations, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventative measures. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Document integration designs, configurations, and processes for future maintenance. Ensure data integrity and security throughout the integration lifecycle. Required Skills Integration Platforms: Workato (primary), alternatives: Boomi, MuleSoft, SnapLogic, Microsoft Power Automate. APIs & Protocols: REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, SAML, SSL/TLS. Programming & Scripting: Python, Java (8, 11, 17), C#, Ruby, JavaScript, Bash. Frameworks: React.js, Node.js, Spring Boot (2.x, 3.x). Optional: Angular or Vue.js. Databases: PostgreSQL, Snowflake, SQL/NoSQL, Databricks, data warehousing concepts. Tools: Git (Bitbucket), Postman, Elasticsearch (optional). Cloud: AWS (preferred), Azure, GCP. Enterprise Apps: Salesforce (APIs, Apex/Visualforce), HR/HCM (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP). Security: Familiarity with authentication and encryption standards. Architecture: Microservices, distributed systems, ETL processes. Methodologies: Agile/Scrum. Nice-to-Have Experience with RPA concepts and AI-powered automation. Familiarity with data warehousing (Snowflake, Databricks). Basic understanding of ETL processes. Qualifications 3+ years of experience with enterprise integration platforms (iPaaS).
