Technical Delivery Business Analyst An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our TSG Delivery Team as a Technical Delivery Business Analyst for a 12 month fixed term contract, based in London. The Role As a Technical Delivery Business Analyst, you will facilitate the successful delivery of technical projects at Railpen. Your primary focus will be to translate high-level business requirements into technical requirements and specifications through detailed analysis utilising strong technical knowledge to enable solution design and delivery. Projects will include software development, infrastructure, security, business change technical workstreams and more. This role requires you to work independently on large-scale projects or multiple smaller projects concurrently. In addition, you will be responsible for promoting continuous improvement within the team and on wider delivery at Railpen. The Person The ideal candidate will possess experience in a comparable position, successfully delivering technical projects. While prior exposure to the Investments sector or a regulated environment would be highly advantageous, it is not a requirement for this role. However, a strong background in data analysis is essential. We are looking for someone who is a proactive and a creative thinker, you will also be an effective communicator with the ability to positively challenge the views of colleagues within the organisation whilst remaining open minded to challenge in respect of your own views.
