Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Main Activities / Responsibilities • Ensure on-site training of laboratory analysis staff using our systems and our prenatal screening software. • Provide technical assistance to end-customers (remotely), ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues. • Analyze problems reported by customers from French and Spanish-speaking countries and propose solutions. You will have to solve "reagent" and "instrumentation" issues. • Collaborate with the Field Service engineer team to initiate technical interventions at end users. • Assign more complex issues to experts for in-depth investigation. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the CRM system. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Product development, to address customer needs and provide technical expertise. • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. The first half of 2026 is expected to involve primarily office presence at our Nîmes location, but field presence (geographic area: entire France) will be required in the second half of 2026. Keys to Success: To excel in this role, equivalent experience or a high school diploma is required. Fluency in Spanish and French is required, along with good written and spoken English skills. Your proven ability to successfully implement technical solutions and your determination to deliver exceptional customer service in a world-class environment will set you up for success. Skills/Competencies - Job Qualifications • Holder of a higher degree (Engineer, Master 2 or equivalent) in biology, biochemistry ideally in immunoanalysis. • Fluent in Spanish and French • Good skills in written and spoken English. • A professional Experience of 2/3 years in a similar environment desired, but not essential.
