The Technical Application Specialist identifies and troubleshoots technical issues related to Indago Warehouse Management (WMS) software, hardware, network, operating systems and databases, providing ongoing technical support to our customers in the warehousing field and acting as a direct resource for our customers. What you will be doing: Acquire and maintain current knowledge of Indago WMS software, staying up to date with updates and changes to provide accurate solutions. Provide software and hardware support for existing customers, including troubleshooting client-server application issues involving Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Server, network printers, and Android/iOS devices. Confer with customers via phone, email, or chat to diagnose technical/system problems, repair and test solutions, document thoroughly, and escalate when necessary. Contribute to and utilize department knowledge base articles and FAQs to enhance support quality and consistency. What you will likely bring: At least 3 years of experience in service support, with outstanding customer service skills and dedication to customer experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL, with experience in database management and architecture. Good understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP) and familiarity with Windows server and desktop environments. Ability to multitask, meet specific goals, and work well with a team in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Experience with documenting procedures and following instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues. Dependability in maintaining assigned shifts and completing work as expected.
