Role Summary Provide team assistance and administration for the Business Systems team ensuring a Company standard is maintained to a high level Specific Responsibilities Organise team events Providing administrative support to the senior leadership team and wider team as required Diary management for members of the senior leadership team Inbox management for the SLT when required Prepare paperwork and packs for meetings Own the User Access Review process for Global XB, Sector and Market Portals.
