Ensure the smooth operations and efficient functioning of the warehouse and responsible for leading and managing a team of warehouse staff, overseeing their day-to-day activities, and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. To have exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to the overall success of the warehouse. What you’ll bring to the role • Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role. • Strong leadership and people management skills. • Excellent understanding of health and safety standards in a warehouse setting. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a busy environment. • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). • Values similar to ours: Care, Dare and Deliver. • Material handling equipment knowledge and experience of reach, counter balance and rider.
