Such roles include short/long-term placement, potential permanent roles. in Cambridge and the surrounding areas. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessonsWork with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning outcomesAssist with classroom management and behaviour supportContribute to the planning and delivery of engaging learning activitiesPromote inclusion and well-being across the school community RequirementsPrevious experience working with children or young people (school-based preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA patient, flexible, and caring approachAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamA genuine passion for supporting education and child development(A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.)
