Location: East London Contract: F/T, P/T & 0h Contract Pay: From £85/day (Depending on experience) Who are we? We have a client seeking a hardworking, motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team. Ideal candidate: Relevant Qualifications: Holds an NVQ Level 2/3 in Teaching and Learning Support, or equivalent, demonstrating a solid foundation in educational support. Safeguarding Compliance: Holds a current, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check registered with the Update Service, or be willing to undergo one immediately. Experience Across Key Stages: Proven experience working with children and young people across both primary (EYFS to Year 6) and secondary (Year 7 to Year 13) school settings, understanding the diverse needs of different age groups. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, parents, and other professionals. Patience & Empathy: A high degree of patience, empathy, and resilience, with a genuine desire to support students with diverse learning styles and challenges. Adaptability: The ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and individual student needs, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness. Team Player: A collaborative approach, able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
