The Talent Development Specialist will conduct remote and face-to-face training, supporting the ongoing development of team members through coaching and quality reviews. Develop and update training materials and programs in line with new processes. Deliver ongoing coaching and refresher training to enhance team competencies. Analyze training needs and collaborate with stakeholders for effective training delivery. Maintain records of coaching and training outcomes for continuous improvement. Support the development and implementation of new systems and processes. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in training and talent development. Experience facilitating training sessions both virtually and in-person. Strong understanding of talent development principles and adult learning techniques. Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
