This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations, candidate communications, and talent-focused events while contributing directly to improving the candidate journey. Responsibilities Take a lead role in coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth execution of internal and external recruitment events. Help manage, track, and optimize the employee referral program. Coordinate with internal teams to collect, organize, and maintain career site content, including testimonials, photos, and videos. Manage routine updates and postings on external recruitment platforms, monitor activity, track engagement, and support recruiters and hiring managers in promoting opportunities. Support DEI-related research and assist in creating resources to enhance inclusive recruitment practices. The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders. Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong interest in recruitment and creating a positive candidate experience. Customer-service oriented mindset. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor).
