We are a fast-growing SaaS company, and as we scale our team across product, engineering, and go-to-market functions, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who can help us hire the absolute best. As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be a key member of the People team, owning the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for multiple roles across our global business. You’ll partner with leaders to define hiring needs, craft great candidate experiences, and bring Vyntelligence’s mission and culture to life in every interaction. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our talent strategy as we scale. What you’ll do: Partner with hiring managers to define roles, success profiles, and assessment criteria. Lead end-to-end recruitment across tech, product, and commercial functions. Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, networks, and creative channels. Manage an efficient and inclusive interview process, ensuring every candidate has a great experience. Partner with the People team on employer branding, onboarding, and DEI initiatives. Use data and insights to track performance (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, diversity metrics). Ensure hiring processes reflect Vyntelligence’s values of Simplicity, Velocity, Mutuality, and Trust. Build a world-class talent function from the ground up. What you’ll need: End to end Talent acquisition experience, ideally in SaaS, AI, or tech scale-ups. Proven success in hiring across multiple disciplines (engineering, GTM, or product). Excellent sourcing skills and ability to identify passive talent. Strong stakeholder management and collaborative communication style. Experience improving candidate experience and hiring process efficiency. Familiarity with modern ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Workable). Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams. A growth mindset and a love for fast-paced, collaborative work.
