The Role ThoughtSpot is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in London. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is motivated by building strong partnerships with leaders across the business. While this role will cover all functions, there is a strong emphasis on scaling our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams as we continue to grow in the region. You’ll play a critical role in scaling our Go-To-Market and technical teams, acting as a trusted advisor while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This is not a transactional recruiting role - we’re looking for a hustler who brings urgency, ownership, and a genuine passion for finding and closing top talent in a competitive market. What You’ll Do: Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles, with a strong focus on GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), and technical positions Build and manage strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership, influencing hiring strategy and decision-making Operate as a strategic partner by providing market insights, talent mapping, and data-driven recommendations Proactively source, engage, and close top-tier candidates through creative and direct sourcing strategies Manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining speed, quality, and an outstanding candidate experience Partner cross-functionally with People, Finance, and Leadership to support hiring plans and growth initiatives Continuously improve recruiting processes and bring new ideas to increase efficiency and impact What You Bring: Proven experience supporting high-volume hiring in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment Strong exposure to GTM recruiting and an understanding of commercial and technical roles Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with leaders and influence at all levels High level of energy, drive, and self-motivation — you take ownership and get things done A hustle mindset with the ability to prioritize, move fast, and adapt to change Solid technical aptitude and comfort recruiting for technical and data-driven roles Excellent communication skills and a candidate-first mindset Experience in EMEA markets required #LI-Hybrid #LI-JV2 What makes ThoughtSpot a great place to work?
