To achieve these objectives, Global Security Operations will build, deploy and run core global security services. Role purpose and AccountabilitiesThe Head of Identity & Access Management will report to the Group Head of Security Operations and lead multiple global security services. The Identity & Access Management team is responsible for Privileged Access Management, Certificate Management, Directory Management, Mazars Global Identity and all process linked to IAM (Birthright, JML, Modern Authentication). Role purpose and Responsibilities Build the services and think how the services/products should be architectureLead the territory services onboardingManage escalations, incidents, exceptions, request and supportBuild and follows the services roadmapsDefine SLA with stakeholdersProvide reportingManage the squad membersWorking with a 3rd party partner, ensuring they are managed effectively. QualificationsKey SkillsAt least 8+ year experience in a similar role with a team managementExperience with Azure Active Directory, Okta and other SaaS identity providersExperience with privilege access management tools (Azure bastion, Cyberark, etc)Experience with PKI, Active Directory management (attributes, gpo, etc)Experience of Agile approachExperience of effective budget management.Excellent communication skillsProven ability to organise and manage technical teams.Additional InformationHybrid work 50%
