RESPONSIBILITES Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow up on client questions, problems, or malfunctions of all systems applications, hardware and software, installed and maintained by the company. Participate in telephone support rotation providing support to users in offices across the Group via remote assistance tools. Assist in user account administration, including onboarding/offboarding and access control. Document problems and solutions in the Service Desk ticketing system. Maintain an inventory of IT assets and assist in lifecycle management. Contribute to knowledge base development for recurring issues and support documentation. Inform management of potential problems and identifies problem trends. Install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers etc. Install, configure, maintain and upgrade computer hardware and software. Provide videoconference administration and support as needed. Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff or specialized teams as needed. Any other duties and special projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. A track record of commitment to prior employers. Experience in corporate IT or Service Desk role. Proficiency with Windows and macOS environments. Experience supporting Active Directory, Azure and Microsoft Office 365. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift/move equipment up to 20 kgs. Additional languages are desirable (French, German, Spanish or Italian) O365 Administration experience. Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS). IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft MTA/MCSA, etc.). Experience supporting mobile devices such as iPads, iPhones, etc. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
