We are looking for a passionate, analytical, and proactive Sustainability Intern to support the team in implementing Opella’s global sustainability roadmap. You will contribute to key initiatives spanning social, environmental, and governance priorities. 1. ESG Reporting & Strategy Consolidate and analyze sustainability data for global ESG reporting and customer questionnaires (CDP, etc.). Benchmark peer sustainability strategies to inform Opella’s roadmap and KPIs. Support for the B Corp re-certification. 2. Human Rights & Responsible Sourcing Support implementation of the Human Rights Roadmap. Supporting us data-crunching tasks (e.g. ingredient sourcing). 3. Integration of sustainability in brand strategies Develop training material for marketing team Help commercialize sustainability with key retailers 4. Awareness & Communication Support sustainability storytelling (e.g. B Corp, SBTi, internal campaigns). Help design engaging content for internal and external sustainability communication. About you. Available for a 6 months internship to start between january & march 2026 Bachelor's degree in Sustainability field. Prior internship experience in Sustainability or in the Healthcare sector is welcomed. Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Curiosity and willingness to learn. Highly motivated and detail oriented. Trustful team player Proactive and resourceful. An open mind, with an ability to pivot and flex as needed. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in english Why us?
