You’ll support the client with living independently and achieving their goals in life, as well as outings with the client, personal care (bathing, showering, toileting, etc.), help with their medication, and practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework. Qualifications What you’ll need You’ll need to be caring and compassionate, and a good listener. Previous experience as a Support Worker with physical disabilities and behaviours that challenge is essential.
