• Where should I put my next warehouse?
• Should I inshore or offshore my suppliers?
• How can I serve all my customers in 2 days?
• How should I deploy a product for a promotion?

These clients turn to us for help, and we need you to support them with both great software and great coaching.

Your job will be to:

• Learn the art and science of supply chain design -- we will teach you
• Become an expert at using data and software -- we will teach you
• Work with our clients and sales team to use, teach, and coach current and future users in the skills you have just learned

To do this you will need to be:

• Outgoing, friendly, and smart
• Excellent at verbal, written, and virtual communication
• Comfortable managing data in spreadsheets and common databases
• Knowledgeable in the basics of supply chain and logistics
• Ready to work

Some of your tasks, but not all will be:

• Supporting design projects as an analyst
• Training new users in Starboard's flagship product, Navigator
• Developing white papers, tutorials, and a knowledge base for documenting knowledge.
• Supporting clients who are conducting trials and need to know how to do network design and how to apply our software
• You tell us, and we will let you do it
