The Position: Eclipse Automation is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has an eye for detail. You’ll support Purchasing, Shipping & Receiving, and Project Management to keep inventory accurate, stocking levels steady, and materials flowing to Manufacturing. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll help streamline processes, solve problems, and bring forward ideas that keep Eclipse moving efficiently and competitively. What You’ll Be Doing: Support Purchasing, Shipping & Receiving, and Project Management by maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring smooth material flow to Manufacturing Perform cycle counts, track excess materials, and assist with returns, RMA’s, and bin stock management Verify, pack, and process incoming and outgoing goods, including invoices, bills of lading, and related shipping documents Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, turnaround times, and efficiency across supply chain processes Contribute to the development and adherence of supply chain procedures, standards, and policies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, support projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For: An educational background in Supply Chain or a related discipline At least 2 years of experience in a supply chain or manufacturing support role Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage competing priorities Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems; familiarity with AutoCAD, databases, and blueprint reading considered an asset What We Offer: Reimbursement for tuition and professional dues Three weeks of vacation and three paid personal days (to start) RRSP matching program Free snack program Why Join Us: Here at Eclipse Automation, creation and innovation are at our core, and our culture reflects that.
