Job Description What is the opportunity? Supports the Commercial Core Banking Payment Technology (CCBPT) Strategy, Risk Business Operations Shared Services (SRBOSS) Supplier Management (SM) team to monitor, track compliance and execute contractual services. The SRBOSS SM team assists sub-segments to resolve supplier challenges, seek efficiencies by continuously engaging with IT delivery teams and their suppliers and provides insight on contracting services commitments. This role is responsible for assisting with BAU supplier delivery activities, tracking and reporting overall segment spend against Professional Fees and annual budgets and helps develop analytics to align commitments to recovery, invoice payments. This role reports to the Strategy, Risk Business Operations Shared Services within CCBPT. As part of this team, you will be a key player in helping deliver insights to the larger CCBPT teams and business stakeholders by providing on going input into process, insights and reporting automation. What will you do? Assists in aligning commitments to recovery and invoice payment Maintains current tableau reporting and build new as appropriate. Provides monthly, quarterly and annual supplier reporting to executives. Reconciles contract commitments to T&O MIS/Planview systems. Supports all BAU supplier delivery activities including oversight of work authorization processing, managing amendments to SOWs, milestone trackers, business cases and statements of work. Tracks and reports on contractor head count numbers. Maintains current expense portals Assist in resolving financial issues and conflicts regarding contract/WA/RFP etc. Keeps process documentation up to date. Provides input into supplier delivery content on the SRBOSS Connect site. Automate manual processes and reporting where it makes sense. What do you need to succeed? Must-have 3+ years in Supplier Delivery, financial tracking and executive reporting. Excellent proficiency with MS Office Programs (Power Point, Excel, Outlook, and Word) and Tableau. Knowledge of RBC IT project forecasting, development delivery, system maintenance and IT tracking tools (MIS, Plan view, KPI metrics) required to bring together key opportunities and risks. Excellent analytical skills – proven experience conducting data analysis/discovery/aggregation as a foundation to providing meaningful analysis and management reporting to facilitate business decisions at a senior management/executive level. Nice-to-have Educational background in Finance an asset Broad systems management experience Technical: Good knowledge of facilitating the onboarding of Information Technology Application Services (ITAS) and non-ITAS contract resources A sound knowledge of Contingent Workforce Management Beeline Workflow for milestone submission, amendments and transit changes.
