Reporting to the NPI Superintendent, you will plan, supervise, implement and coordinate various disciplines and trades involved in the maintenance of all NPI across the Genesis Minerals Ltd Operations. This is a full time permanent opportunity, working predominantly an 8 days on, 6 days off roster. The role may be Fly-in Fly-out from Perth WA or Drive-in Drive-out from Kalgoorlie. The opportunity Provide day-to-day supervision of NPI personnel in a manner that supports safe, respectful, and high-performing work environments. Support capability development through coaching, on-the-job learning, and structured training to build confidence, ownership, and proficiency. Coordinate NPI maintenance activities to ensure operational targets are achieved. Ensure infrastructure and equipment are maintained to high availability and reliability standards. Support both short- and long-term maintenance planning with a strong focus on risk, resourcing, and operational readiness. Ensure all regulatory, environmental, and company compliance requirements are met and actively maintained. Support the development and implementation of the Mine Safety Management Plan, ensuring safe systems of work are understood and applied. Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of non-processing infrastructure. Supervise electrical and mechanical maintenance personnel, including contractors, ensuring tasks are completed safely and to standard. Liaise closely with Supply, Maintenance, and operational personnel to enable effective planning, resourcing, and material availability. We would love to hear from you if you have: Demonstrated supervisory experience with a strong commitment to safety, quality execution, and team engagement. Proven ability to lead diverse trade teams through clear direction, practical coaching, and disciplined follow-through. Sound demonstrated experience in a similar role. Understanding of both installation of LV and HV Equipment. Understanding regulatory requirements of Energy Safety and Plumbing related work. Does this sound like you?
