En tant que Superviseur Construction H/F, vous êtes responsable de l'exécution quotidienne des activités de construction sur le chantier, en veillant au respect total des objectifs en matière de sécurité, de qualité, de planning et de coûts. Vous dirigez et coordonnez les sous-traitants, gérez les interfaces entre les disciplines et agissez en tant que principal point de contact entre les équipes de terrain, la direction du projet, l'ingénierie et le client. Vous rejoindrez une équipe engagée dont la mission est de mener à bien de grands projets industriels pour soutenir la transition énergétique, au sein d’une culture d'entreprise axée sur la sécurité. Dans un contexte international et dynamique, vous intégrerez un groupe de 35 personnes basées à travers l’Europe sous la responsabilité du chef de département construction. Missions principales : Représente le département Activités Site d'E&C Solutions auprès du client, des partenaires et des sous-traitants. Supervise les sociétés de montage dans son domaine de compétence, en mettant l'accent sur la sécurité, la qualité, les délais et les coûts. Gère les interfaces entre les disciplines et les sous-traitants. Planifie la mobilisation des représentants des fournisseurs dans son domaine de compétence. Prépare et met en œuvre les instructions et procédures de travail spécifiques au site concernant la construction, conformément aux normes Air Liquide. Garantit la qualité des travaux de construction et d'installation conformément aux exigences contractuelles. Signale les écarts et les données de sécurité du site. Are you a MATCH? Diplôme technique ou diplôme d'ingénieur en génie mécanique, industriel, civil ou en construction. Plus de 5 ans d'expérience avérée dans la gestion de construction d’usines industrielles. Solides connaissances des techniques de construction, du séquençage, des règles de sécurité et des normes de qualité. Leadership pratique, excellente communication. Maîtrise de l'anglais (parlé et écrit) – indispensable pour les missions internationales. Maîtrise des outils de gestion de chantier (Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera, plateformes de reporting de construction).
