The Role Are you ready to shape the next chapter of operational excellence in one of Australia’s most dynamic gold regions? This newly created leadership role offers a rare opportunity to define how Non-Processing Infrastructure (NPI) supports our growth and success. Reporting to the Manager Processing, you’ll lead a skilled team of Supervisors, Planners and Trades, driving safe, efficient, and timely maintenance service delivery across our Leonora operations, from workshops and fuel facilities to camps, administration buildings, and utilities. Your leadership will directly influence the performance and culture of the NPI team, as you foster a collaborative, high-performing environment built on inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement. Strong stakeholder engagement is central to the role, working closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, and site leadership to ensure alignment, responsiveness, and seamless customer focused service delivery across all non-processing infrastructure. Key responsibilities include: Non-Processing Infrastructure management, ensuring safe, high quality work processes and procedures are maintained Ensuring maintenance targets are met including equipment availability and compliance requirements Implementation and development of maintenance processes and systems Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of safety, curiosity, and excellence Oversee the effectiveness of short and long term planning activities Cost control and inventory management in line with budgetary requirements This role is on offer on an 8 days on 6 days off 4 days on 3 days off FIFO roster from Perth to Leonora. About you Your ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively will be key to driving collaboration and achieving operational excellence across the developing NPI portfolio. With a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation supported by a people-first approach, you tackle challenges head-on and inspire those around you to do the same. You bring a strong systems and process focus, applying a structured, clear, and forward-thinking approach. You’ll also have the following: Substantial experience leading successful teams and driving safety outcomes in a similar role (preferably in Mining) Trade background with A Grade WA Electrical License with current Nominee or WA Plumbers Contracting Licence Comprehensive understanding of budgeting, OPEX, CAPX, reconciliation, project cost management High levels of autonomy, initiative and self direction Sound understanding of CMMS systems (Pronto) HRWL, EWP and LF are desirable Manual C Class Driver’s License Why join us?
