Full time, fixed term until 1st September 2028 Be valued for your strong consultation skills Base Salary $112,628 + 17% superannuation About the opportunity The Student Life Ambassador Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the Office of Student Life, leading the casual Student Life Ambassador team to deliver programs that enhance the student experience. Working within a collaborative and student‑focused environment, this role ensures high‑quality program delivery, effective training, and continuous improvement of initiatives that support student wellbeing and engagement. Your key responsibilities will be to: work closely with the Senior Manager, Student Life, Student Programs Lead, peer program staff, and key university stakeholders coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training and development programs for Student Life Ambassadors manage rostering, supervision, and day‑to‑day operations of the ambassador team oversee program governance, reporting, and compliance processes support triage and referral of students at risk to appropriate services contribute to the design and delivery of new student‑focused initiatives with the Sydney Student Voice initiative. About you tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent combination of training and experience demonstrated experience in student‑facing roles within higher education or similar environments proven ability to design and deliver training programs for peer or casual staff experience managing rostering, HR administration, and compliance processes capability in project coordination, reporting, and program evaluation experience working with peer leaders/advisors in culturally diverse settings.
