Job Description We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Strategy Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. This role lies within the UKI business unit, reporting into our Head of Strategy and Revenue Growth, as part of our in-house Strategy & Consulting team. The delivery of key strategic projects against our 3-year strategy will be your primary goal. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. What you’ll do You will play an instrumental part in shaping the direction of the UK business, working closely with the Leadership Team (UKI and Europe) as their trusted strategy partner. Projects often involve external benchmarking, partnered with lots of data analysis and stakeholder interviews, to then simplify the situation & recommendations into a few succinct slides, to help define the direction with the leadership team. You will great cross-functional engagement and the chance to work with, and get to know, different parts of the business, whilst being able to focus on the long term! Develop the UKI Strategy Where to play: which segments / channels / demand spaces / consumers are our priorities and why? How to win: how do we win in these spaces; what are the big initiatives across communication, innovation, revenue growth, channel execution, value engineering etc. that will deliver our ambition? As an in-house consultant, deliver big strategic projects against our Strategy Plan Projects can cover any area of our business, but the typical focus is on the growth priorities.
