Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual for the role of Store Manager in Training. This unique position offers the opportunity to learn all aspects of furniture sales and store management while earning based on performance. As a Store Manager in Training, you will gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership. This is a commission-only position, providing an excellent opportunity for high earning potential. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and master the sales process, including customer engagement, product presentation, and closing techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Assist in managing the sales floor, including product placement, merchandising, and maintaining store appearance.
• Develop a deep understanding of our furniture products and stay updated on industry trends.
• Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop leadership and management skills.
• Assist with the scheduling and supervision of sales staff.
• Contribute to achieving and exceeding store sales targets and goals.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support as needed.
• Learn and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture or retail environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by financial incentives.
• Leadership potential and a desire to grow into a management role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of interior design principles is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or management is a plus.
