As the IPA SA statutory and regulatory reporting manager, you'll manage 2 FTE. You'll ensure the production of the financial data & process quality of statutory & Solvency II reporting of IPA SA (consolidation of 13 branches across Europe), closely monitoring/controlling local reporting, supervising relationship with local finance departments, sharing information on a daily basis with other IPASA dpt & AXA Partners Holding Finance dpt. You'll be the contact person for the key external stakeholders: external auditors, French regulator (ACPR) for audit & regulatory reporting purposes. What you’ll be doing: Statutory reporting • Control the Statutory Financial reporting of IPA Branches • Consolidate all Financial reporting of IPA branches to produce IPA SA Financial Statements • Responsible of the Annual Financial Statements and financial analysis of IPA SA • Produce ad hoc analysis for internal or external purposes (Risk department, external stakeholders) Solvency II reporting • Control the QRT production of IPA Branches • Consolidate information for IPA SA Scope • Responsible of quarterly and annual QRT • Communicate on SII results to external stakeholders and top management. Communication • Animate and coordinate communication with IPA branches on statutory & Solvency II topics. • Ensure a good communication with other IPA dpt , and AXA Partners & AXA group department. • Ensure a good communication with external stakeholders. Financial Calendar • Follow up of the central Financial TOM • Production of the IPA Financial TOM for statutory accounts & SII reporting Transversal responsabilities • Document financial processes related to IPA SA • Ensure that Data Quality checks are well implemented. • Follow-up with local teams on Data quality issues related to IPA SA • Propose actions to improve the efficiency of financial processes. What you’ll bring: Experience in the Insurance Industry Strong background in accounting & financial analysis Strong knowledge of Solvency 2 Pilar 3 reporting Experience of coordinating or leading others to deliver on tasks Capacity to manage a team Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in a multicultural environment Strong stakeholder management skills Autonomy, proactivity & rigour Fluent English and French.
