Déploiement d’une stratégie de vérification système basée sur DMS (Digital Mixed Signal) pour les circuits de gestion d’alimentation Contexte : Au sein de NXP Toulouse, dans le cadre des activités de vérification digitale des circuits intégrés dédiés à la gestion d’alimentation, ce stage vise à définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de vérification système reposant sur une approche DMS . Objectifs du stage : Analyser le flow de vérification digitale actuel, ses outils, ses contraintes et ses points de friction. Identifier et implémenter les évolutions nécessaires pour intégrer une stratégie DMS adaptée aux besoin. Évaluer les bénéfices et les limites de la stratégie DMS en termes de productivité, couverture et traçabilité. Définir et consolider le périmètre de la vérification DMS dans le cadre de la vérification globale IC composée des équipes DV/AMS/AVT Appliquer la stratégie sur des fonctions standards telles que les blocs Powerup Management / LDO / ABIST. Internship Objectives: Analyze the current digital verification flow, including tools, constraints, and bottlenecks. Identify and implement the necessary improvements to integrate a DMS-based strategy tailored to project needs. Evaluate the benefits and limitations of the DMS strategy in terms of productivity, coverage, and traceability. Define and consolidate the scope of DMS verification within the global IC verification framework, involving DV, AMS, and AVT teams.
