En tant que stagiaire, tu seras directement amené(e) à travailler avec les membres de l’équipe à Paris et auras notamment les missions et responsabilités suivantes : - Analyse des nouvelles demandes de financement : préparation de dossiers de demande de crédit en anglais : analyse de l’opération et descriptif de la structure du projet, analyse financière de la contrepartie, études de marché immobilier, modélisations financières prévisionnelles, etc. - Suivi des financements mis en place : suivi du portefeuille, revues annuelles, demande d’avenants, etc. Stage en financement structuré immobilier – Real Estate Finance Intern - Participation à des missions transverses : reportings de suivi, calculs de rentabilité, rédactions de notes ou de présentations internes, etc. We’re a global bank with a strong European base, and our more than 60,000 colleagues serve around 38 million customers and corporate clients in over 40 countries.
