The Opportunity Notre clientèle se compose principalement d'établissements de crédit, d'entreprises d'investissement, de compagnies d'assurance ou de sociétés cotées. En matière de contentieux bancaire et financier, nous représentons nos clients que ce soit devant les régulateurs (AMF et ACPR) ou devant les juridictions civiles et commerciales.Membre à part entière de l'équipe que vous intégrerez, vous participerez donc aux réunions et serez fortement impliqué(e) dans les dossiers en cours. Plus généralement, vous accompagnerez les membres de l'équipe sur des dossiers complexes et internationaux traités en étroite collaboration avec les bureaux étrangers ainsi que les autres départements du bureau de Paris.Vos missions principales seront les suivantes : • recherches et analyses juridiques approfondies en matière de contentieux bancaire et financier, • rédaction de tout ou partie de memoranda, de consultations et d'actes de procédure, • assistance des avocats dans la préparation des audiences et dans le suivi des dossiers. Vous êtes admis au CRFPA, titulaire d'un Master 2 en droit des affaires / droit bancaire et financier, éventuellement complété par une formation en école de commerce, Sciences-Po ou LLM.
