Job Description Stage d’une durée de quatre (4) mois –Janvier à avril 2026 Relevant de la directrice, Adoption numérique, le.la titulaire du poste devra accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’adoption des outils bureautiques (entre autres Microsoft 365) mis à leur disposition. Ce que vous ferez Élaborer et réviser du matériel d’accompagnement (aides à la tâche, capsules vidéo, etc.) ; Fournir un soutien aux utilisateurs et répondre aux questions concernant l’utilisation des outils bureautiques, dont Microsoft 365 et incluant l’application d’intelligence artificielle (IA) générative Copilot ; Coordonner la désinstallation de logiciels sur les postes de travail ; Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes reliées à l’adoption numérique.
