Job Description Au sein de la Direction juridique, vous serez directement rattaché(e) au Responsable des Affaires Juridiques Corporate de Viridien, société cotée en bourse à l’Euronext Paris. Ce stage vous permettra de travailler au sein d'une équipe dynamique, multiculturelle, sur des sujets stratégiques en droit des sociétés et boursier, avec des intervenants externes et internes, dans un environnement international. Dans ce cadre, vous serez amené(e) à intervenir dans la : Préparation des conseils d'administration et l’organisation de l'assemblée générale de la société, Revue et/ou rédaction des documents de reporting exigés par la réglementation boursière, en particulier le document d'enregistrement universel (URD), Participation à des projets transversaux avec d'autres fonctions (finance, ressources humaines, informatique, etc.), Veille, recherche, rédaction de notes et travaux divers en droit des sociétés, corporate gouvernance et droit boursier. Qualifications Vous êtes étudiant(e) de niveau Bac +5 en droit des affaires ou bien étudiant en école d’avocats à la recherche de votre Projet Pédagogique Individuel (PPI), Vous avez une première expérience en entreprise ou en cabinet d’avocats, Vos connaissances sont solides en droit des affaires, droit des sociétés et en droit boursier, Vous parlez et écrivez couramment Français et Anglais, Curieux(se), enthousiaste et bon communicant(e), vous serez capable de travailler en équipe, tout en faisant preuve de rigueur, de qualités rédactionnelles et en étant de force de proposition.
