The Opportunity INFORMATION DU POSTE Notre cabinet recherche pour son département Corporate / M&A, un(e) stagiaire pour une durée de 2 mois de fin octobre à fin decembre 2025. Le/La stagiaire sera impliqué(e) sur les dossiers de l'équipe et ses missions seront diverses et variées en fonction des besoins sur chaque dossier (recherches, rédaction d'éléments de consultations ou d'actes, audit juridique, assistance à la préparation de closing, participation à des réunions, etc.). CRITÈRES DU POSTE Le cabinet recherche un(e) stagiaire disposant d'un Master 2 ou élève-avocat, avec un bon niveau d'anglais. Une première expérience dans un cabinet d'avocats en Corporate serait un atout supplémentaire. DESCRIPTION DIVISION/DÉPARTEMENT Le Département Corporate / M&A exerce une activité transversale et internationale en matière de droit des affaires, notamment, il intervient sur des dossiers de public M&A (opérations de marché portant sur des sociétés cotées), M&A privé (cessions/acquisitions), restructurations internes de groupes (fusions, apports partiels d'actifs, etc.), corporate governance, et ce, pour une clientèle française et internationale.
