Brand & Commercial Finance Controller Assistant Internship 6 months - January 2026 Brand & Commercial Controlling : Have an active role in improving the brand reporting following the implementation of a new ERP system and assist the Brand & Commercial Finance team with the following: Analyze the expenses of the regional headquarters & look for potential optimization Analyze the impact of business KPIs to help the Marketing & Commercial team in their strategic decisions Help analyze the data accuracy and consistency across the systems. Assist in the re-build of reporting and analysis file with the integration of the new system. Run monthly allocation tool as part of month-end closing tasks for RHQ Brand & Commercial Monthly Reporting : Update monthly reporting & help analyze discrepancies vs Budget (Sales, P&L) Brand & Commercial Budget Monitoring : Purchase Orders monthly follow-up Help the EMEA teams with their budget monitoring (Marketing, Brand Holder, Digital etc.) Participate in the budget review meetings with the teams, understand their needs and challenge their expenses. Brand & Commercial Review : Help prepare presentations for ie. brand reviews with EMEA Top Management. Profile Our ideal candidate would have/be: In the process of getting a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting preferred or equivalent. Analytical thinking, ablet to work independently as well as being collaborative with the rest of the team. Takes initiative to drive action and results. Previous experience working in a similar Finance scope for a global business highly desirable. Proficiency in excel and MS Office; PowerBI is an added benefit.
