Context The intern will work within NXP’s Secure Connected Edge Business Line entity in Valbonne, specialized in developing contactless technologies (Near Field Communication) for payment transactions. The Test Engineering team in charge of the development and validation of chip test programs is in need of an intern to drive automation of several checks ensuring the quality of the test programs. Missions Typical involvements of the intern will include : Understand Test program release process including all quality checks. Automate the current spike checks procedure (lab measurements and release documentation) Investigate complementary checks using tester vendor embedded tools (Advantest v93k) Develop and validate dedicated test board and platform for checks of overvoltage (Viper) Interacting with test engineers Document the process for test engineers and production sites.
