Missions : Vos principales missions seront : • Analyser les performances de la marque : mise à jour de reportings, analyse des facteurs explicatifs des performances sell-in et sell-out, analyse des performances du marché et de la concurrence • Assurer le suivi des objectifs et analyser les leviers de performance : suivi des performances par groupement par rapport aux objectifs, analyse des écarts (DN, panier moyen, mix catégoriel…), analyse de l’impact de la mise en place de la nouvelle politique commerciale • Répondre aux besoins des clients et de la force de vente : suivi des ventes par groupement, mise à jour et mise en place de grilles tarifaires, traitement des demandes force de vente. • Identifier les leviers de croissance à court et moyen terme : travail sur les leviers de croissance par groupement (assortiment, prix, promotion, merch), définition de potentiels nouveaux marché et de leurs intervenants • Aider à la préparation des réunions mensuelles et séminaires trimestriels . Profil : • Vous préparez un Master en école de commerce, école d'ingénieur ou universitaire, avec une spécialisation en commerce ou marketing. • Vous maîtrisez l'anglais (écrit et oral). • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise d'Excel et de PowerPoint. • Dynamique et ouvert, vous avez un bon sens du relationnel et aimez travailler en équipe. • Rigueur, persévérance, organisation, curiosité, esprit critique et de synthèse sont des qualités essentielles pour s’épanouir dans le secteur dynamique de la répartition pharmaceutique.
