We are urgently seeking a Staff Nurse \- Theatre Scrub <\/b>for a hospital in Cork Ireland.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span>Nurses will be required to work days, nights, and weekends.<\/span><\/span><\/b>

Responsibilities<\/b><\/span><\/span>

  • To provide all patients with high\-quality, individualized care by determining their requirements and then independently planning, executing, and analyzing those needs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li> <\/ul>
    • The position requires flexibility in order to work across all specializationsinside the division.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li> <\/ul>
      • In addition to being a knowledgeable resource offering patients top\-notch care and serving as a knowledge basis for colleagues, the theater team leader will serve as an outstanding role model.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li> <\/ul> <\/div>
        • In the absence of the Theatre Coordinator or as assigned by them, to assume direct managerial responsibility for the clinical area.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/li> <\/ul>
          • To support the growth and leadership of a designated group of practitioners within the unit complement.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/li> <\/ul> <\/div>

            Requirements<\/h3>
            • Registration with the NMBI or a comparable organization.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/li> <\/ul>
              • A clear dedication to patient safety and quality.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/li> <\/ul>
                • It is necessary to have at least two years of postgraduate acute care nursing experience in a theater.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/li> <\/ul>
                  • Experience as a theatre nurse and current understanding of theatre procedures<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                    <\/li> <\/ul>
                    • Knowledge of Orthopaedics<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                      <\/li> <\/ul>
                      • Outstanding organizational abilities<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                        <\/li> <\/ul>
                        • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
