  • Encourage the use of best practices in nursing care delivery and offer the team clinical knowledge and assistance.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Encourage, help, and support colleagues in reaching department\-specific Critical Success Factors.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li> <\/ul>
      • By communicating effectively, you can promote an environment of transparency and involvement.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

          Requirements<\/h3>
          • Registration with the NMBI or a comparable organization.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/li> <\/ul>
            • A clear dedication to patient safety and quality<\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/li> <\/ul>
              • Current understanding of cardiac procedures and Cath Lab is preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/li> <\/ul>
                • Thorough understanding of heart diseases<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/li> <\/ul>
                  • Telemetry experience is a clear benefit.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                    <\/li> <\/ul>
                    • A minimum of two years of acute care nursing experience after graduation is required.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                      <\/li> <\/ul>
                      • Outstanding understanding of modern nursing techniques and practices.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                        <\/li> <\/ul>
                        • Outstanding organizational abilities<\/span><\/span><\/span>
