As Staff Accountant, you will support day-to-day accounting operations, assist with month-end close, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with GAAP. Responsibilities: Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger Perform routine account reconciliations, including bank and balance sheet accounts Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Maintain financial schedules, reports, and supporting documentation Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal reports Provide support during audits and regulatory filings Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies Respond to accounting inquiries from internal teams Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience: 2-4 years of accounting experience Skills: Working knowledge of GAAP and general accounting processes Strong proficiency with Excel and accounting systems; knowledge of Python and Macros a plus Excellent attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Schedule: Hybrid/flexible work option
