Job Description WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Reporting to the Director, Agile PMO Strategic Delivery (Global Security), you will be responsible for leading, directing, and overseeing activities related to planning, delivery, and implementation in a scaled agile manner, ensuring that project and program goals and objectives are achieved. You will lead teams and liaise with RBC business and technology partners, including external third-party vendors. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions to ensure alignment across Agile teams and stakeholder. Supporting the team in achieving the PI or sprint goals and removing any impediments that hinder progress. Promote collaboration among cross-functional team members, including developers, business analysts, UX designers, and architects. Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and meets the definition of ready. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on team performance, OKRs/KPIs and delivery timelines. Apply change and risk management principles to ensure the team can adapt to evolving business needs and priorities. Proactively identify risks and dependencies, working with the team and stakeholders to mitigate them effectively. Facilitate big room planning sessions and other collaborative events to align multiple teams on shared goals. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Must have: Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role in a fast-paced, Agile environment. You have facilitated PI planning, JIRA and reported on performance metrics. Strong understanding of Scaled Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Kanban practices. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and stakeholders effectively. Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex organizational structures. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certifications are preferred Fluent in English What's in it for you?
