Sponsorship Portfolio Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Sponsorship Portfolio Manager on an initial 6-month maternity leave contract (with a possibility of extending). In this pivotal role, you will oversee a portfolio of WVA-funded child sponsorship programs across multiple World Vision Field Offices, ensuring they deliver real, measurable impact. You’ll build strong, collaborative partnerships to ensure compliance, accountability, and alignment with WVA’s strategic goals.
You will lead engagement with Field Offices throughout the full project lifecycle — from assessment and design through to implementation and close-out — ensuring that every program meets WVA’s high standards for impact, integrity, and child wellbeing.
