Position: Operations Customer Expert I – B2B Sales

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking B2B Sales Customer Expert to join an international team in Lisbon.
The role focuses on outbound sales and client acquisition, supporting business customers through a digital platform solution.
Contact potential B2B clients via outbound calls, email, and online meetings
Present platform solutions and explain business value
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to follow-up
Prepare and send commercial proposals
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
Update CRM with accurate client and sales information
Achieve monthly sales targets
Native-level Spanish
English B2 level (mandatory)
Previous sales experience required (B2B is a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
EU ID, Residence Card, or Certificate of Protection
Base salary + meal allowance + holiday & Christmas bonuses + project bonus
Total monthly gross package: approximately 1,350€
Performance-based project bonus up to 135€
