You will embody our values of professionalism, warmth, and excellence, playing a key role in shaping the reputation of our new wellness offering.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide a wide range of high-quality spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies.Deliver exceptional guest care, ensuring a calm, welcoming, and luxurious experience at all times.Maintain treatment rooms, therapy equipment, and spa areas to the highest hygiene and presentation standards.Advise guests on aftercare, treatment benefits, and suitable home-care products.Support spa reception and guest flow when required, ensuring smooth daily operations.Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.Assist with the opening and closing procedures for the spa and gym.Maintain accurate treatment records and support the management team with stock control.
